Initial public offering of up to 13,133,858 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Xtranet Technologies Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs120-127 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs110-117 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs166.8 Crore ("Issue"). Price Band: Rs120 to Rs127 per equity share of face value of Rs10 each. The floor price is 12 times of the face value and the cap price is 12.70 times of the face value.
