Initial public offering of upto 36,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("equity shares") of Anand Seamless Limited ("the company" or "the issuer company") for cash at a price Rs72 /- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs62 /- per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs25.62 crores, the issue comprises fresh issue of upto 35,44000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs25.62 crores ("Fresh Issue"), out of which 1,77,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for a cash price of Rs72/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs1.28 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 33,66,000 shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs72/- per equity share aggregating to Rs24.24 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.61% and 28.12%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 7.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
