Veegaland Developers Ltd IPO subscribed 13.55 times

The offer received bids for 15.33 crore units as against 1.13 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Veegaland Developers Ltd IPO received bids for 15,32,74,397 units as against 1,13,07,692 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:12 IST on Tuesday (15 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 13.55 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 10 September 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 130 per share to 140 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 107 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 210 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 210 crore.
