SS Retail Ltd IPO subscribed 103.30 times

The offer received bids for 90.84 crore units as against 0.88 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of SS Retail Ltd IPO received bids for 90,83,98,995 units as against 87,93,884 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:00 IST on Friday (18 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 103.30 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 18 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 403 per share to 424 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 35 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 360 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 140 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 500 crore.
